How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no paid shipping option at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

We do not publish a delivery estimate yet. We would rather say nothing than give you a date we cannot hold to. If timing matters for your order, email support@nestwll.com before you buy.

Where do you ship?

Checkout currently accepts delivery addresses in the United States and Israel. No other countries can be selected at the moment.

What is the return window?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Read the return policy before placing an order.

Which model should I choose?

The 1500mAh battery option is rechargeable for cordless use. The USB direct plug option is intended for use near a USB power source. Both options are the same diffuser.
